Jesus Christ
We believe that God became man in the person of Jesus Christ and that Jesus Christ is both completely divine and completely human
Holy Spirit
We believe that the Holy Spirit is the third person of the trinity and that He empowers us for life and service
Salvation
We believe that through the gift of Jesus' death on the cross, our rebellion can be forgiven and through repentance and faith in Jesus christ we can be reconciled to God.
The Church
We believe that the Church is universal. Where there are many local expressions, there is one Church. Jesus Christ is the foundation and the head of the Church.

OUR BELIEFS EXPLAINED
The Bible
The Bible is the final authority in all matters pertaining to Christian Faith and practice. It was written by human authors under the supernatural guidance of the Holy Spirit. Because the Bible is inspired by God, it is truth without any mixture of error.
Therefore, we teach from it regularly, open our hearts to its influence and authority, and ask God to reshape our lives according to it.

God
We believe that there is one living and true God- perfect, infinite, and eternal. The one true God exists eternally in three persons; Father, Son and Holy Spirit- each possessing the attributes of deity. He concerns Himself mercifully in the affairs of men. We believe that He hears and answers prayer; and that He saves from sin and death all who come to Him through Jesus Christ;
1 John 5:7, John 1:14, 14:28, 16:28; John 15:26, Deuteronomy 6:4, Isaiah 61:1
Jesus Christ
We believe that God became man in the person of Jesus Christ and that Jesus Christ is both completely divine and completely human. Fully God, fully man, He surrendered nothing of His deity during His earthly life. His sinless, sacrificial offering on the cross satisfied the Father’s justice, offering atonement for all of humanity’s sins for all time. We believe in His bodily resurrection, His physical ascension, and His visible return back to earth to establish His earthly kingdom.
Matthew 1:22-23, Isaiah 9:6, John 1:1-5, Hebrews 4:14-15, 1 Corinthians 15:3-4, Romans 1:3-4, Acts 1:9-11, Colossians 2:9-10, 1 Timothy 6:14-15
Salvation
We believe that through the gift of Jesus' death on the cross, our rebellion can be forgiven and through repentance and faith in Jesus christ we can be reconciled to God. We can never make up for our sin by self-improvement or good works. Only by trusting in Jesus Christ as God’s offer of forgiveness can anyone be saved from sin’s penalty. When we turn from our self-ruled life and turn to Jesus in faith we are saved.
Romans 6:23, Ephesians 2:8-9, John 14:6, Romans 5:1, 8, 10:9-10
Holy Spirit & His Gifts
We believe that the Holy Spirit is the third person of the trinity and that He empowers us for life and service. The Holy Spirit is what Jesus promised us before he died on a cross and left this earth; he promised us a friend, advocate, a helper, and a guide into the truth. The promise of the Father is freely available to all who believe in Jesus Christ, thereby enabling them to exercise the powers of the age to come in ministry and mission.
The Holy Spirit desires to continually fill each believer with power to witness, and imparts his supernatural gifts for the edification of the Body and the work of ministry in the world. All the gifts of the Holy Spirit at work in the church of the first-century are available today and are to be earnestly desired and practiced. They are essential in the mission of the Church in the world today.

Acts 2:4, 38-39, Luke 11:11-13, Ephesians 5:18
The Church
We believe that the Church is a local community of believers unified through faith in Jesus. It is committed to teaching the commands of Jesus, equipping individuals with the necessary tools to obey God, and empowering them to share Gospel with the world. Where there are many local expressions, there is one Church. Jesus Christ is the foundation and the head of the Church.
The Church is not a building or an event but the community of individuals who have put their trust in Jesus Christ. The purpose of the Church is to glorify God, make disciples, make Jesus known to a lost world, and meet the needs of those in our communities and around the world.

Humanity
We believe that God created mankind in His image and as the masterpiece of His creation. Mankind was intended to have an unbridled relationship with God but became separated from Him through sinful disobedience. As a result, mankind cannot attain a right relationship with God through his own effort, thus presenting the need for Jesus. Each person is uniquely created, called to a meaningful purpose, and perfectly loved and forgiven by God through Jesus.
Genesis 1-3, Romans 1:18-32, Romans 5:12-21, Ephesians 2:1-3
Marriage & Family
We believe that family is God’s first institution reflecting His nature and design. We are made to be His family and in relationship with Him and others. We find His Word gives wisdom on how to have a flourishing marriage and family and as we follow Him we see the blessings of His promises.
We believe marriage is a covenant relationship created by God to be shared between one man and one woman and exists for the greatest level of human flourishing.

Genesis 2:23-24, Matthew 19:4-6, Psalm 128:1-5, Ephesians 5:21-33
Baptism & Communion
We believe that baptism and communion are visible signs of the realities of salvation. We are commanded to observe the but we do not depend on them for salvation. We practice baptism by immersion and regularly celebrate Communion according to the Scriptural guidelines found in 1 Corinthians 11:17-34
Matthew 28:19, Mark 16:16 , Acts 10:47-48, Romans 6:4
Future
In the end of all things, Jesus will reign eternally. He will judge His creation according to the character that has been revealed to us through His word with justice and mercy. Those who have found salvation through Jesus Christ will enjoy His presence forever; those who have not will be separated from God for eternity.
1 Thessalonians 4:16-17, Titus 2:13, 1 Corinthians 15:51-52 , Matthew 24:27, Revelation 1:7
Healing
We believe divine healing of the sick is a privilege for Christians today and is provided for in Christ’s atonement (His sacrificial death on the cross for our sins). Jesus promised that signs would follow believers and they would do even greater works than He. Nothing is impossible with God; therefore, no person or situation is beyond His ability to bring complete restoration.
John 14:12-14; Acts 2:17-18; Luke 9:1-2; Mark 16:15-18; Acts 5:12-16.
Sanctity of Life
We believe that human life is sacred from conception to its natural end and abortion is in direct violation of God’s law. We are unapologetically pro-life and believe that we must have concern for the physical and spiritual needs of others, both preborn and born
Psalm 139:13; Isaiah 49:1; Jeremiah 1:5
